We perform in-line drilling on our plasma and oxy-processing machines, capable of drilling steel plates up to 150mm thick. We can produce hole sizes ranging from 3mm to 40mm in diameter, utilising standard and plow bolt countersinking for optimal results.
Our drilling machine features a powerful 60hp spindle motor, capable of drilling a 40mm diameter hole through a 100mm thick plate in just 30 seconds. This enables us to drill perfectly round, parallel holes with exceptional speed and precision.
